For environments that demand speed and safety, the S1100 Roll-Fast Door is the perfect solution for your access sealing requirements. With opening speeds of up to 1300mm per second and a host of safety features, this door is ideal for both internal and external installations, providing efficient, weather seal quality at all times.
The S1100 features a specialised sprung tensioning system that is designed to keep the door curtain taut at all times. It has been deliberately designed with a minimum number of moving parts to reduce maintenance and operational downtime. The fitting of the standard clear PVC centre door panel provides natural daylight and energy savings on internal lighting costs

DOOR SIZE:
The S1100 Roll-Fast Doors are produced for internal and external openings up to 4250mm high by 4000mm wide.
DOOR PANEL:
All doors are fitted with a durable vinyl panel with a clear PVC centre section that is approximately 900mm – 1200mm high by the full width of the door opening.
DOOR SPEED:
The standard operational speed of the S1100 Roll-Fast Door is between 1100mm and 1300mm per second with a speed variator.
SAFETY FEATURES:
A photoelectric cell is installed within the doorposts to prevent the door from closing, should the photoelectric cell be obstructed.
ACTIVE REVERSING EDGE:
Within the bottom rail, a self-guarding safety edge system is fitted. When triggered, this system will return the door to the open position and “lock” the door in the open position until reset.

CONTROL PANEL:
A digital display is supplied to all S1100 Roll-Fast Door control panels. Should a fault occur, it will detail the fault and our comprehensive manual will help you solve the problem.

10 ampere , single phase, neutral, and earth power supply complete with isolating switch.
DOOR FINISH:
Standard galvanised or optional powder coated to doorposts.
